Hi there! I'm Fei, a designer trained at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design, with a focus on service design and interaction design.
I was raised in Hong Kong, and spent my formative years in Singapore and the United Kingdom. Growing up curious with a passion for learning, I began my career in law before making the leap to design. An unorthdox move - but certainly the most rewarding decision, and made me the happiest inside!
Leveraging on my experience as a lawyer, I apply the same critical lens to uncover the needs and motivations of the people I design for. My approach is deeply rooted in research and iterative development, to create impactful experiences powered by empathy and storytelling.
Besides a thirst for creative pursuits, I'm a sucker for sunsets, always on the hunt for good food, and love trips to museums. I'm also interested in discussions on death and grief, mental health, and humane technology.
Previously a Service Design Lead at MAKE Studios, I currently freelance as an Interaction Designer and Design Researcher at Flo3, a digital collective.
