Hi there! I'm Fei, a designer trained at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design, with a focus on design research and service design.
I was raised in Hong Kong, and spent my formative years in Singapore and the United Kingdom. Growing up curious with a passion for learning, I began my career in law before broadening into design - an unorthdox move, yet deeply rewarding and profoundly aligned with what fulfills me most!
Leveraging experiences from legal and corporate practice, I apply the same critical lens to uncover the needs and motivations of the people I design for. My approach is deeply rooted in research and iterative development, to create impactful experiences powered by empathy and storytelling.
Besides a thirst for creative pursuits, I'm a sucker for sunsets, always on the hunt for good food, and love trips to museums. I'm also interested in discussions on death and grief, mental health, and humane technology.
Previously a Service Design Lead at MAKE Studios, I'm currently a consultant at Flo3, a digital collective, where I help out with everything from research, service design, product management and strategy.
